If you’re moving and want to present your home in the best possible light to attract potential buyers, I offer a Home Staging Service complete with professional 4k images ready to upload onto Rightmove. I can also produce a video walk through with professional drone footage (Subject to Local Flight Restrictions).

One of my guilty pleasures is to spend hours looking at houses on Rightmove and I am often aghast at the way some people present their homes to potential buyers. I have seen houses whereby the bed isn’t even made nicely, along with piles of clothes scattered on the bedroom chair. I have seen photos that include a clothes horse on the landing and dirty dishes stacked up in the kitchen sink! Houses can look so cluttered and messy and this is a massive put off. Many people struggle to visualise themselves in a new home so your photos need to be composed beautifully to show off your home in its best light.

But it’s not just putting your clothes away and making the bed. Is your distinctive purple bedroom that you love so much going to appeal to everybody? Perhaps painting some of the walls a pale muted tone might appeal to more potential buyers.

When people look at a house, they are mentally adding up how much they have to spend on it to love it. So, a house presented on Rightmove with a decent set of photos can go a long way.
